Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Livestream Gift & Donation Refund Policy

1. General Non-Refund Rule

Livestream virtual gifts, donations and tips are instant-consumed digital goods. Once payment is confirmed and gifts are delivered to streamers, the transaction is completed.Fully competent adult users who make voluntary, intentional tips without legal exceptions are NOT eligible for voluntary, no-reason refunds.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

(1) Minor Unauthorized Tips

  1. Users under 8 years old: All tips are legally void. Legal guardians may apply for full refunds with ID proof, guardianship documents, full payment receipts and live recording footage.
  2. Minors aged 8–18: Large tips inconsistent with their cognitive capacity without guardian approval qualify for partial or full refunds. We may deduct reasonable operational costs if guardians fail to supervise account usage.
  3. All minor refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after transactions.

(2) Streamer Fraud & Misleading Solicitation

Refunds will be processed if full evidence is provided, including live screenshots, chat logs, payment records proving streamers made false promises (in-person meetups, cash rebates, exclusive perks) to lure excessive tips and failed to fulfill commitments afterward.

(3) Technical Errors, Duplicate Charges & Unauthorized Account Use

  1. Duplicate charges, undelivered gifts caused by platform system glitches: Submit screenshots and order numbers within 24 hours for full original-path refunds.
  2. Tips made by unauthorized third parties due to account hijacking: Police reports, abnormal login logs are required for review.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Regretful voluntary tips by adult users, financial hardship reasons
  • Private off-platform rebate agreements between users and streamers
  • Tips sent to view illegal, obscene, prohibited content
  • Falsified evidence, repeated malicious refund applications
  • Requests submitted over 30 days after transaction (live footage cannot be retrieved)

4. Refund Application Process

  1. Submit an email to our support inbox with subject: Livestream Refund Request + Order ID
  2. Attach all supporting evidence: payment receipts, live recordings, identity or guardianship documents, chat screenshots
  3. Review period: 3–7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment channel, subject to payment provider processing time.

5. Liability Notice

We only provide livestream display and payment tools. Gift funds are settled to streamers instantly. All users shall consume rationally and confirm amounts before confirming payments.
